Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using lovegreathealth.co.uk. By accessing or placing an order on our website, you agree to be bound by these terms. All goods purchased are for your own private and domestic use only. You accept email as a valid means of communication of any agreement between you and Love Great Health.

All products are sold subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Product images are for illustrative purposes only.

3. Pricing

All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price you pay is the price displayed at the time of placing your order.

4. Contract for the Supply of Goods

The display of goods on lovegreathealth.co.uk amounts to an invitation to treat only and is not an offer to sell goods at any price indicated.

No contract for the supply of goods will be deemed to exist between you and Love Great Health unless, and until, an email is sent to you confirming that your order has been shipped. You must check that the details of your confirmation email are correct as soon as possible and retain a copy for your records.

This confirmation email amounts to an acceptance by Love Great Health (or a third-party supplier engaged on your behalf) of your offer to buy goods, and this acceptance is effective regardless of whether or not you receive the email.

Love Great Health is free to withdraw from a prospective contract at any time prior to acceptance. This also applies in the case of any error or inaccuracy in respect of the goods, their description, availability, or the order itself. Price and availability information is subject to change without notice.

5. Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Your order may be sent to you in instalments. Some items may be unavailable and we regret we are not able to supply dates when items may return to stock.

6. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays) of payment being confirmed. Estimated delivery times for UK orders are typically 2–5 working days from dispatch, though these are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier or circumstances outside our control.

We ship to international destinations; international orders are subject to additional shipping charges, which will be displayed at checkout. Shipments to international addresses may be subject to import duties and taxes levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any such additional charges must be borne by you. Customs policies vary widely from country to country — we advise customers to contact their local customs office for further information. International shipments may be subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us via our Contact Us page and we will investigate with the carrier. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery.

7. Returns & Refunds

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us in its original condition (unopened, with all seals and shrink-wrap intact) within 30 days of the date you received the item and we will issue a full refund.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent, in which case we will cover the return shipping cost.

In the unlikely event that you receive goods which were not what you ordered, or which are damaged or defective, or of a different quantity to that stated on your order, Love Great Health shall, at its own option, make good any shortage or non-delivery, replace or repair any damaged or defective goods, or refund you the amount paid, provided that you notify us of the problem in writing within 7 days of delivery.

Once we have received and inspected the returned goods, we will process your refund within 14 days to your original payment method.

Please note: we cannot provide a refund on returned items if they have been opened or part-used, unless they are faulty.

Except as set out below, neither Love Great Health nor any of its directors, employees, or other representatives will be liable for damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this site.

Love Great Health does not limit its liability for death or personal injury to the extent that it arises as a result of our negligence.

Love Great Health does not accept liability for any indirect loss, consequential loss, loss of data, loss of income or profit, loss of or damage to property, and/or loss from claims of third parties arising out of the use of this website or for any products purchased from it. Love Great Health will only be liable for direct loss up to a maximum total of the price of the product purchased in respect of any claim.

It is a crime to use a false name or a known invalid credit card to order. Anyone caught wilfully entering an erroneous or fictitious order will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. We track the electronic fingerprints of every order placed on lovegreathealth.co.uk to enable us and all legitimate crime prevention and prosecution authorities to trace individual users engaging in criminal activities on our website.
