Refund policy

Returns

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us in its original condition (unopened, with all seals and shrink-wrap intact) within 30 days of the date you received the item and we will issue a full refund.

Please note: we cannot provide a refund on returned items if they have been opened or part-used, unless they are faulty.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or was sent incorrectly, in which case we will cover the return shipping cost.

Once we have received and inspected the returned goods, we will process your refund within 14 days to your original payment method.
