2. Products
All products are sold subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Product images are for illustrative purposes only.
3. Pricing
All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price you pay is the price displayed at the time of placing your order.
4. Orders
By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been accepted.
5. Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 working days of payment being confirmed. Estimated delivery times for UK orders are typically 2–5 working days, though these are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier or circumstances outside our control.
We ship to international destinations; international orders are subject to additional shipping charges, which will be displayed at checkout. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by their country.
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us via our Contact Us page and we will investigate with the carrier. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery.
6. Returns & Refunds
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. To exercise this right, please contact us via our Contact Us page within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent, in which case we will cover the return shipping cost.
Once we have received and inspected the returned goods, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note: For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns of opened or used products unless they are faulty.
